US Recruiting

The recruiting process developed by Infomatics Systems. is designed to find the most appropriate skill sets, including both management and technical skills required by our clients. The process begins with our US recruiting professionals. Our recruiter will conduct a brief screening after which a technical consultant will conduct a telephone/personal interview. For those candidates deemed as having the necessary skills, a team of Infomatics Systems. project leaders will review those resumes for the purpose of determining which candidates will be selected for a comprehensive interview. A senior level manager for a final determination conducts a final interview. Utilizing this extensive process provides the highest quality of technical service to our clients.

International Recruiting

The recruitment process is lengthy, but intensely competent. We start our recruiting process with our company in India, advertisements or through our consultants who are already in the US. A technical consultant first reviews all the resumes and letters. He contacts the candidate and conducts the first interview. If the candidate makes it past the first interview, then his/her resume is forwarded to our Infomatics Systems. Corporate Office in New Jersey. A team of project leaders that are already employed by Infomatics Systems. Software Services reviews the resumes. At that time, a technical interview is set up to make sure that their communication and technical skills meet our standards. If the candidate qualifies, then one of the executives of our company does a final interview and starts the H1 visa process.
